Olive was created in Atlanta GA in the Spring of 2001 as a collection of classic dresses with "vintage pretty" touches. The designer of the label is Katriesa Raines, a wardrobe stylist who has had a love affair with vintage clothing since she can remember.

The line took off after she opened Olive, the boutique, where the style maven's huge collection of vintage "girly" dresses and accessories sold.

Olive, the collection, was created as a classic line of sweet, simple dresses and skirts that mirror the fabrics and silhouettes from Katriesa's favorite fashion era, the 1950s and 60s.

A decade later, Olive’s artful take on the "vintage dress" is shown in her four current collections of social and party dresses: Olive Style, Olive Social, Little White Dress and most recently an "eco pretty" collection of social dresses, Olive Branch.

Olive is sold in boutiques in and around the Atlanta area.

Olive Little White Dress and Olive Social have been featured in local Atlanta magazines, including the Atlantan Bride, Atlanta Weddings, and Brides magazine.
